October in Review: Declining Stats, The End is Near, and November Sneak Peek 👀
Can you believe it's been 66 days already?! I have less than 30 days left for my 90-Day Challenge! Here's my end of month update and what to expect for the month of November. ❤️
Hey, Empowered Explorer!
Can you believe that it’s the beginning of the November, already?! This is is insane!
Today I’m sharing a brief review of the past month on Substack.
Fun Fact: November 1st is the:
306th day of the year. There are then 60 days left in 2024.
44th Friday of 2024.
on the 44th week of 2024 (using US standard week number calculation).
What Happened in October?
A lot of progress has been made with my 90-day consistency challenge on Substack. It’s been 66 days since I started this Substack challenge and it’s been a real ride!
There were several days - weeks, if I’m honest - that I didn’t want to post. Between teaching, finishing a contract with Vietnamese government officials and entrepreneurs, ministry events, being a mommy, and trying to get my brand back on track, I was spread thin.
But I kept showing up.
Here’s a few screenshots of my Substack stats so far. And I have a moment of truth to share:
My email open rate dropped even more than it did in September. 💔
My engagement has become almost nonexistent (but I haven’t been as active, either soooo 🤷🏽♀️). 💔
My views have decreased greatly. 💔
But… 😏
My subscriber count grew! Yay! ❤️
I have a more global reach as I’m up to 12 countries and 12 states now. 💪🏽 ❤️
For the month of October, I focused on the theme of mindset as an explorer.
We dove deep into the world of mindset, especially through the lens of cultural intelligence. If you were looking to expand your horizons, both literally and figuratively, I hope you truly gained something from my mindset series last month.
I shared practical tips, personal experiences, and dove into the psychology behind cultural intelligence.
What to Expect This November
This month, I’m focusing on the theme of connection and how it can have an impact on gratitude, especially being an expat so far away from home. I’ll be sharing anecdotes and experiences from my personal and professional life.
So I hope you’re ready!
